What is removed

We remove your account and your personal data:

  • Sign-in credentials (you will no longer be able to log in)
  • Your profile, which is reduced to a minimal placeholder
  • Email and phone number
  • Your profile picture (avatar)
  • Your live crew status, preferences, personal notifications and push notification tokens

What is retained

The record of the work you did on a jobsite is kept under your name, so foremen and management can still review jobsite history after you leave. This includes tool custody and tool requests, material orders, tasks, calendar entries, bulletin posts and break runs. Your crew membership stays on the jobsite's former-members list, labeled “Account deleted”.

The tamper-evident tool-custody ledger is never rewritten after events are recorded, so custody history remains for accountability, for example when a tool goes missing.

How long it is kept. Work records stay with the jobsite for as long as the jobsite exists. When a jobsite is closed, it becomes read-only for the company’s Administrators for 60 days; field access ends immediately. Its jobsite records are then scheduled for permanent deletion, including the work records on it.

Records exports. Your company's Administrators can export a jobsite's records as a download. An export made before you deleted your account is a copy from that moment: it can include your name and, on the crew roster, your email and phone number. Our copy expires for download after 30 days and is scheduled for storage deletion. After storage deletion, a recoverable copy is retained for seven more days. A copy your company already downloaded or shared is the company's own record and is not removed by our deletion process.

Provider records and recovery copies can remain after account deletion under provider retention schedules. See the Privacy Policy’s retention details.

Foreman safeguard

If you are the only foreman on an active jobsite that still has crew, deletion is refused until another foreman joins or your company's Administrator closes the jobsite. That keeps a crew from being left without a lead. If you are the last member of a jobsite, deleting your account closes it.
